Ciabatta Bar builds off of Mauro and Chef Sergio Corbia’s success at crafting warm, family-style environments highlighting the fresh, regional Italian dishes that originally inspired them to go into the culinary arts. Ciabatta Bar is an organic, clean and easy high quality Italian sandwich, salad and pasta concept served in a fast casual restaurant. Ciabatta bread is the ‘heart and soul’ of this concept and is baked daily and served in every dish with simple organic and fresh ingredients using regional Italian cheeses and cured meats.
